Privacy Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the White Remind mobile application and related services provided by STAŚ SP Z O O (the “Service Provider”). White Remind is designed as a local-first reminder utility. It does not require registration, sign-in, a personal profile, or a cloud account.
Through normal use of White Remind, the Service Provider does not collect, log, sell, or retain personal user data on its servers.
Information Collection
White Remind does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, password, or other account credentials. No account is required to use the app.
If the app or your device establishes an internet connection, ordinary network-level technical information may transit through network infrastructure as required to provide connectivity. STAŚ does not use such transient information to build a user profile or track normal app activity.
App Data
White Remind may keep reminder history, templates, routine preferences, recurrence settings, and other app state locally on your own device so the app can function as expected. This local app information is not uploaded to a STAŚ user-account database because no such account database is maintained for normal use.
Website Data
This static privacy page does not include account forms, analytics dashboards, advertising trackers, or profile creation. Hosting and network providers may process standard technical request data as necessary to deliver the page, subject to their own infrastructure and legal obligations.
Local Storage
Reminder information and preferences used by White Remind remain on the user's device under normal use. STAŚ does not copy that local app content into a personal cloud profile.
Third-Party Services
Because White Remind does not collect personal user information through normal use, STAŚ does not sell or share such app data with third parties for advertising or profiling. Distribution and infrastructure providers may process information independently under their own terms when you use their services.
Security
The absence of a STAŚ-hosted personal profile reduces the amount of personal information exposed to server-side risk. No security method is perfect, but STAŚ uses reasonable safeguards for the systems and correspondence it controls.
Data Retention
STAŚ does not retain personal user data through normal use of White Remind. No personal user profile, cloud account, or server-side database of White Remind user information is maintained by STAŚ for normal app usage.
Any reminder history, templates, preferences, or routine settings saved by the app remain locally on the user's device and are not retained by STAŚ as personal server-side data.
Data Deletion
Because STAŚ does not maintain a personal-data account database for White Remind users, there is normally no server-side personal profile that needs to be deleted.
Locally stored app information can be removed using in-app controls where available, by clearing the app's local data through the device settings, or by uninstalling White Remind.
If you voluntarily contact STAŚ by email or otherwise provide personal information outside normal app use, you may request deletion of that correspondence or personal information where legally applicable.
Children
White Remind is not intended for children under 13, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. STAŚ does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through normal app use.
Policy Changes
STAŚ may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, STAŚ will provide it.
